摘要： 在经济快速发展的今天,国际物流行业得到了很大的成功,创造的效益是非常突出的。可是为了在国际物流当中获得更多的盈利,必须有效地完成安全工作,应主动为检验检疫提供更多的数据、信息、资料,让检验体系更加健全,在检疫的手段上保持多元化,将各类危险因素彻底消除。要有效地落实检验检疫工作。文章针对检验检疫在国际物流中的作用展开讨论,并提出合理化建议。

摘要： 党的十八大以来，党中央、国务院把扶贫开发工作纳入“四个全面”战略布局，作为实现第一个百年奋斗目标的重点工作，摆在更加突出的位置，大力实施精准扶贫精准脱贫基本方略，扶贫开发进入精准扶贫新阶段。扶贫开发重在精准、贵在精准，这就要求对贫困户、贫困人口进行全面走访调查，摸清基本情况，找准致贫原因。

摘要： 目的针对目前网络销售货物存在的包装效率低下、人工成本高等问题,设计一台可实现对不同尺寸货物进行自动分类的包装机。方法通过距离光电传感器检测货物的大小,将尺寸不同的货物进行分类,用机械手臂拾取分类好的货物,并放到传送带运送的盒子内,再利用气缸的运动将货物进行封装,最后利用自动打包机将封装好的货物进行外部包装。结果所设计的货物分类包装机能实现对货物进行快速分类、包装,采用气缸带动机器运动,实现了自动化控制,不需人为操作,结构更简单,操作更方便。结论货物自动分类包装机可以用于多种尺寸商品的分类、包装,既可以帮助大型商店、物流公司整理繁杂的货物,又可以帮助小型网店快速整理、包装多品种货物,提高了效率,减少了人工资源浪费。

摘要： 针对当前银行、商场、公交汽车公司等部门在清点硬币存在需要花费较大人力物力的问题,设计了一种通过硬币直径大小自动分拣硬币的分选装置。该装置集分类、整理、计数、包装于一体,主要由硬币分拣装置、收集装置、分类包装三部分构成。本装置在设计过程中充分利用了模块化设计理念,能够快速高效地将五角和一元硬币进行分类、整理。其优点在于造型紧凑;尺寸适中;成本低廉;工作精准高效;节省劳动力,不同于现有大型相关装置;适用范围更加广泛。

摘要： In forensic and pharmaceutical scenarios, the application of chemometrics and optimization techniques has unveiled common and peculiar features of seized medicine and drug samples, helping investigative forces to track illegal operations. This paper proposes a novel framework aimed at identifying relevant subsets of attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) wavelengths for classifying samples into two classes, for example authentic or forged categories in case of medicines, or salt or base form in cocaine analysis. In the first step of the framework, the ATR-FTIR spectra were partitioned into equidistant intervals and the k-nearest neighbour (KNN) classification technique was applied to each interval to insert samples into proper classes. In the next step, selected intervals were refined through the genetic algorithm (GA) by identifying a limited number of wavelengths from the intervals previously selected aimed at maximizing classification accuracy. When applied to Cialis (R), Viagra (R), and cocaine ATR-FTIR datasets, the proposed method substantially decreased the number of wavelengths needed to categorize, and increased the classification accuracy. From a practical perspective, the proposed method provides investigative forces with valuable information towards monitoring illegal production of drugs and medicines. In addition, focusing on a reduced subset of wavelengths allows the development of portable devices capable of testing the authenticity of samples during police checking events, avoiding the need for later laboratorial analyses and reducing equipment expenses. Theoretically, the proposed GA-based approach yields more refined solutions than the current methods relying on interval approaches, which tend to insert irrelevant wavelengths in the retained intervals. 摘要： Studies treating intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) with therapeutic hypothermia (TH) have shown inconsistent benefits. We hypothesized that TH's anti-inflammatory effects may be responsible as inflammatory cells are essential for removing degrading erythrocytes. Here, we subjected rats to a collagenase-induced striatal ICH followed by whole-body TH (similar to 33 degrees C for 11-72 h) or normothermia. We used X-ray fluorescence imaging to spatially quantify total and peri-hematoma iron three days post-injury. At three and seven days, we measured non-heme iron levels. Finally, hematoma volume was quantified on one, three, and seven days. In the injured hemisphere, total iron levels were elevated (p<0.001) with iron increasing in the peri-hematoma region (p = 0.007). Non-heme iron increased from three to seven days (p<0.001). TH had no effect on any measure of iron (p >= 0.479). At one and three days, TH did not affect hematoma volume (p >= 0.264);however, at seven days there was a four-fold increase in hematoma volume in 40% of treated animals (p = 0.032). Thus, even when TH does not interfere with initial increases in total and non-heme iron or its containment, TH can cause re-bleeding post-treatment. This serious complication could partly account for the intermittent protection previously observed. This also raises serious concerns for clinical usage of TH for ICH.

摘要： To establish a physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model for analyzing the factors associated with side effects of irinotecan by using a computer-based virtual clinical study (VCS) because many controversial associations between various genetic polymorphisms and side effects of irinotecan have been reported. To optimize biochemical parameters of irinotecan and its metabolites in the PBPK modeling, a Cluster Newton method was introduced. In the VCS, virtual patients were generated considering the inter-individual variability and genetic polymorphisms of enzymes and transporters. Approximately 30 sets of parameters of the PBPK model gave good reproduction of the pharmacokinetics of irinotecan and its metabolites. Of these, 19 sets gave relatively good description of the effect of UGT1A1 *28 and SLCO1B1 c.521T > C polymorphism on the SN-38 plasma concentration, neutropenia, and diarrhea observed in clinical studies reported mainly by Teft et al. (Br J Cancer. 112(5):857-65, 20). VCS also indicated that the frequency of significant association of biliary index with diarrhea was higher than that of UGT1A1 *28 polymorphism. The VCS confirmed the importance of genetic polymorphisms of UGT1A1 *28 and SLCO1B1 c.521T > C in the irinotecan induced side effects. The VCS also indicated that biliary index is a better biomarker of diarrhea than UGT1A1 *28 polymorphism.

摘要： In order to identifying somatoform symptoms profiles, classifying study population and evaluating of psychological disorders in extracted classes, we carried out a cross-sectional study on 4762 Iranian adults. Somatoform symptoms were assessed using a comprehensive 30-items questionnaire and psychological disorders were evaluated by 12-item General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12) and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) questionnaires. Factor analysis and factor mixture modeling (FMM) were used for data analysis. Four somatoform symptoms profiles were extracted, including 'psycho-fatigue', 'gastrointestinal', 'neuro-skeletal' and `pharyngeal-respiratory'. According to FMM results, a two-class four-factor structure, based somatoform symptoms, was identified in our study population. Two identified classes were labeled as "low psycho-fatigue complaints" and "high psycho-fatigue complaints". The scores of psychological disorders profile was significantly associated with four somatoform symptoms profiles in both classes;however the stronger relationship was observed in high psycho-fatigue complaints class. The prevalence of all the somatoform symptoms among participants assigned to the "high psycho-fatigue complaints" class was significantly higher than other class. We concluded that somatoform symptoms have a dimensional-categorical structure within our study population. Our study also provided informative pathways on the association of psychological disorders with somatoform symptoms. These findings could be useful for dealing with treatment's approaches.

摘要： In the present study, a new feature named as density measure is proposed for classification of the glioma brain tumour magnetic resonance (MR) image into low and high-grade categories. The proposed feature is derived using improved complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise (CEEMDAN) and Hilbert transformation technique. The proposed feature uses the difference signal created by mapping of the fluid attenuation inversion recovery segmented region onto T1 and T1-contrast-enhanced MR images. This difference signal is decomposed into various intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) using improved CEEMDAN algorithm that effectively captures the texture variations existing in both tumour groups. Then, the Hilbert transformation of resulting IMF is computed that provides the analytic signal representation, thereby giving a better visualisation of the texture difference. The proposed feature is calculated from this analytic signal representation at 97% confidence level. Subsequently, this feature is utilised to calculate a quantitative metric for tumour classification. The proposed metric has been validated on 120 tumorous images taken from brain tumour image segmentation benchmark (BRATS) 2012 dataset and the images taken from Harvard Medical School repository. The results illustrate that proposed metric yields an overall classification accuracy of 100% which is better than existing state-of-art works.

摘要： Developing positive peer relationships is important. Unfortunately, due to challenges in social communication and increased complexity of peer groups during adolescence, many secondary students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) engage in limited positive social interactions with peers. This study examined the effects of a peer network intervention implemented with three high school students with ASD. A multiple-baseline across participants design was used to evaluate the intervention on initiations and responses to and from students with ASD. The impact on frequency of victimization of students with ASD was also explored. Results indicate peer networks are effective at increasing social interactions of secondary students with ASD and provide preliminary support for the use of peer networks to reduce rates of bullying victimization.
