摘要： 随着信息化进入各行各业,教育信息化的改革给高等教育带了曙光。全球经济一体化进程的不断推进,我国的经济发展迅猛,高铁事业发展快速,外籍乘客的数量也在不断增加,给高铁乘务人员提出了更高的要求。高铁乘务专业作为培养专业乘务人员的基地,承担着艰巨的历史任务,高铁乘务人员的英语应用能力受到了前所未有的关注。高铁乘务英语的教学质量越来越受到重视,如何在经济日益发展的前提下提高高铁乘务人员的运用能力,如何提高高铁乘务英语的教学质量,如何更好地使教学和工作岗位衔接更加密切,这些都是高铁乘务英语教师应该解决的问题。这种形势下,ESP课程应运而生,可以更好地为高校各专业服务。文章阐述了ESP课程理论,分析了当前高铁乘务英语教学的现状,并提出了在信息化背景下基于ESP范畴的高铁乘务英语教学改革路径。

摘要： Purpose/Objective(s) Some perceptions exist regarding potential decline in the utilization of radiation therapy (RT) with expanding systemic therapy options. We sought to understand the recommended utilization of RT across a broad range of solid tumors by examining National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) Guidelines. We conducted a comprehensive review and categorization of RT recommendations, with their subsequent supporting evidence categories, in NCCN Guidelines from 2000 through 2019. Materials/Methods The 2000, 2009, and 2019 versions of NCCN Guidelines were individually examined for RT-specific recommendations among the 10 most common solid tumors. The presence of RT as a recommended modality was recorded for each tumor type, along with the branch of management. Recommendation categories including Category 1, 2A, 2B and 3 were tallied and compared descriptively to examine totals and percentage distributions. Results 3858 recommendations were individually reviewed. The presence of a recommendation inclusive of RT increased by 129% from 2000 to 2009 and by 111% from 2009 to 2019. From 2000 to 2019, RT recommendations overall increased by 206%. In 2019 NCCN Guidelines, the most Category 1 RT recommendations were found within small cell lung (13%), non-small cell lung (5%), breast (5%), bladder (2%), rectal (2%) and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (1%). Pancreatic, uterine, prostate, melanoma, kidney, and colon cancer guidelines had no Category 1 RT recommendations. Of note, rectal cancer had 31 (27%) preferred recommendations. The majority (89%) of 2019 RT recommendations were for initial therapy, while 9% were specific to salvage therapy. Tumor sites with the highest proportion of RT Category 1 evidence were small cell lung (29%), non-small cell lung (24%), and breast cancer (24%). Conclusion The frequency of RT recommendations in NCCN Guidelines has increased over the past 20 years among the 10 most common solid tumors. A majority of recommendations remain Category 2A

摘要： Introduction Results from the open-label extension of the phase 3b CONQUER trial are presented to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of galcanezumab, a monoclonal antibody targeting calcitonin gene-related peptide, for up to 6 months in patients with multiple prior migraine preventive treatment failures. Methods Patients were 18-75 years old with episodic or chronic migraine and 2-4 standard-of-care migraine preventive medication category failures. After 3 months of randomized treatment with galcanezumab (120 mg/month with 240 mg loading dose;n = 232) or placebo (n = 230), patients entered a 3-month open-label extension (120 mg/month galcanezumab with a blinded 240 mg loading dose for previous-placebo patients). Primary efficacy measure was mean change from double-blind baseline in monthly migraine headache days. Results A total of 432/449 patients (96%) who entered open-label treatment completed the study. Mean change in monthly migraine headache days in the total population, which was - 1.3 for placebo and - 4.4 for galcanezumab patients at the end of double-blind treatment (p < 0.001), was - 5.2 and - 5.6, respectively, at the end of open-label treatment with galcanezumab. Among patients with episodic migraine, mean change in monthly migraine headache days had been - 0.6 for placebo and - 2.8 for galcanezumab after double-blind treatment (p < 0.001) and was - 4.5 and - 3.8, respectively, after open-label treatment. Among patients with chronic migraine, mean change in monthly migraine headache days had been - 2.5 for placebo and - 6.6 for galcanezumab after double-blind treatment (p < 0.001) and was - 6.5 and - 8.2, respectively, after open-label treatment. Adverse events were similar to those observed during double-blind placebo treatment. Review of data in elderly patients (65-75 years of age) indicated that galcanezumab was well tolerated in this age group, with no safety issues identified. 摘要： We investigate how the concepts of intersection and sums of subobjects carry to exact categories. We obtain a new characterisation of quasi-abelian categories in terms of admitting admissible intersections in the sense of [23]. There are also many alternative characterisations of abelian categories as those that additionally admit admissible sums and in terms of properties of admissible morphisms. We then define a generalised notion of intersection and sum which every exact category admits. Using these new notions, we define and study classes of exact categories that satisfy the Jordan-Holder property for exact categories, namely the Diamond exact categories and Artin-Wedderburn exact categories. By explicitly describing all exact structures on A = rep A for a Nakayama algebra A we characterise all Artin-Wedderburn exact structures on A and show that these are precisely the exact structures with the Jordan-Holder property. 摘要： Consider the obvious functor from the unbounded derived category of all finitely generated modules over a left noetherian ring R to the unbounded derived category of all modules. We answer the natural question whether this functor defines an equivalence onto the full subcategory of complexes with finitely generated cohomology modules in two special cases. If R is a quasi-Frobenius ring of infinite global dimension, then this functor is not full. If R has finite left global dimension, this functor is an equivalence. We also prove variants of the latter assertion for left coherent rings, for noetherian schemes and for locally noetherian Grothendieck categories. (c) 2021 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要： We prove a categorical duality between a class of abstract algebras of partial functions and a class of (small) topological categories. The algebras are the isomorphs of collections of partial functions closed under the operations of composition, antidomain, range, and preferential union (or 'override'). The topological categories are those whose space of objects is a Stone space, source map is a local homeomorphism, target map is open, and all of whose arrows are epimorphisms. (c) 2021 Elsevier B.V. 摘要： The groupoid of finite sets has a "canonical" structure of a symmetric 2-rig with the sum and product respectively given by the coproduct and product of sets. This 2-rig (FSet) over cap is just one of the many non-equivalent categorifications of the commutative rig N of natural numbers, together with the rig N itself viewed as a discrete rig category, the whole category of finite sets, the category of finite dimensional vector spaces over a field k, etc. In this paper it is shown that (FSet) over cap is the right categorification of N in the sense that it is biinitial in the 2-category of rig categories, in the same way as N is initial in the category of rigs. As a by-product, an explicit description of the homomorphisms of rig categories from a suitable version of (FSet) over cap into any (semistrict) rig category S is obtained in terms of a sequence of automorphisms of the objects 1+ (n))... +1 in S for each n >= 0. 摘要： Research Summary We revisit Zuckerman's (1999) "The Categorical Imperative: Securities Analysts and the Illegitimacy Discount," which theorizes that when organizations are recognized as legitimate players in a category, they perform better. A replication exercise fails to reproduce two of three sets of results. Assisted by data shared by the original author, we find evidence that the inconsistency is due to a coding error in the original and differences between analyst data sets. We illustrate the use of epistemic maps and evaluate the theory's predictive power across a broad set of plausible empirical assumptions and also for a subsequent time period. The results are not robust. We conclude that these data provide little evidence to support strategic recommendations. Challenges and remedies for replication are discussed. Managerial Summary This paper replicates a 1999 study "The Categorical Imperative: Securities Analysts and the Illegitimacy Discount" (Zuckerman, 1999). A key implication of the 1999 study is that firms should actively seek to be covered by analysts who specialize in their industries, and that a failure to be covered by analysts who are industry specialists will lead to lower capital market valuations. Our replication exercise indicates that there is insufficient evidence to recommend actively managing coverage along this dimension.

摘要： Since 1996, the European Union has required that fishery products of 35 fish species or groups of species, including crustaceans and cephalopods, be graded before being landed on the basis of commercial size-categories. A multi-stage sampling scheme to estimate catch-at-length and catch-at-age compositions of total annual landings has been conducted in Portuguese waters since 2009. All species and their size-categories are sampled concurrently from random trips within representatively selected site-days annually. In an effort to improve cost-efficiency of the biological catch sampling of commercial landings in Portugal, a size- category sampling scheme was tested during 2017, taking advantage of the stratification of horse mackerel landings, induced by the mandatory grading of landings by size-category. The total number of site-days (primary sampling units), fish boxes sampled, and specimens of horse mackerel sampled for length and age across strata during the pilot study were 30%, 57%, and 12% of the sampling carried out under the standard concurrent scheme, respectively. The assignment of horse mackerel length to the six commercial size-categories was highly consistent across site-days. Our study shows that the concurrent sampling, where trips are subsampled within site-days, could miss some size-categories by chance, resulting in poor estimates of catch-at-length especially for small fish present at the market during a site-day. The size-category sampling scheme ensured subsamples of fish from all size-categories within a site-day, and achieved data on catch-at-age that are fit-for purpose at 24% of the total cost for the standard concurrent sampling. The effect of sampling designs and sample sizes on horse mackerel stock assessment outputs showed that the onshore biological sampling to estimate catch-at-age compositions for stock assessment is optimized with the size-category sampling scheme.
