摘要： Body mass index (BMI) quick screening tool was used on retrospective data of 415 boys and 428 girls (8-14 years). Sensitivity and specificity of the BMI tool were assessed by comparing with the Indian Academy of Pediatrics BMI charts. The BMI tool had high sensitivity and specificity to identify children with normal BMI and underweight. However, its sensitivity varied between 50-57.4% for overweight and obese children, respectively.

摘要： Background and purpose: To explore the prognostic value of different radiologic extranodal extension (rENE) grades and their potential improvement for the 8th edition N category in nasopharyngeal carci-noma (NPC). Materials and methods: From 2009 to 2013, a cohort of 1887 patients with NPC was retrospectively enrolled and randomized to the training (n = 955) and validation (n = 932) groups. rENE was categorized as follows: grade 0, nodes without rENE;grade 1, nodes with rENE infiltrating the surrounding fat only;grade 2, matted nodes;grade 3, nodes with rENE infiltrating adjacent structures. Results: The percentage of patients with MRI-positive cervical nodes was 66.5% (1254/1887), of whom grade 0, 1, 2 and 3 rENE cases accounted for 33.2% (416/1254), 14.9% (187/1254), 36.5% (458/1254) and 15.4% (193/1254), respectively. The kappa coefficients for the inter-rater and intra-rater assessments were 0.63, 0.51, 0.65 and 0.93, and 0.76, 0.69, 0.72 and 1.0 in grade 0, 1, 2 and 3 rENE, respectively. Grade 3 rENE rather than grades 0-2 rENE was an independent unfavorable predictor of overall survival and disease-free survival (P < 0.001). Recursive partitioning analysis was applied to refine the N category: eN0 (N0), eN1 (N1 without grade 3), eN2 (N2 without grade 3), and eN3 (N1/N2 with grade 3, N3). Compared to the current system, the proposed N category performed better in hazard consistency, hazard discrimination, sample size balance and outcome prediction. Conclusion: Grade 3 rENE was an independent unfavorable indicator of NPC. Upstaging patients in N1-2 with grade 3 rENE to N3 led to a superior prognostic performance. (C) 2021 Elsevier B.V. 摘要： The fact that equalizers in the context of strongly Hausdorff locales (similarly like those in classical spaces) are closed is a special case of a standard categorical fact connecting diagonals with general equalizers. In this paper we analyze this and related phenomena in the category of locales. Here the mechanism of pullbacks connecting equalizers is based on natural preimages that preserve a number of properties (closedness, openness, fittedness, complementedness, etc.). Also, we have a new simple and transparent formula for equalizers in this category providing very easy proofs for some facts (including the general behavior of diagonals). In particular we discuss some aspects of the closed case (strong Hausdorff property), and the open and clopen one.

摘要： The physico-chemical characteristics and sensory attributes of Iberian sliced dry-cured loin from three commercial categories according to the current Spanish Iberian Quality Standard (Black, Red;purebred Iberian and Iberian x Duroc-crossed (50%) pigs, respectively, reared outdoor with the final fattening phase based on acorns and grass;Montanera, and White;Iberian x Duroc crossed (50%) pigs reared indoors and fed on commercial fodder) and packaged using different systems (vacuum and modified-atmosphere packaging, MAP) were evaluated at various stages throughout their long-term storage (12 months). The slices from the Black and Red categories yielded higher antioxidants, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids and higher lipid oxidation at the end of storage time (from t8 to t12). alpha-tocopherol was better preserved in the case of the slices kept in MAP although, after 8 months of storage, lipid oxidation was seen to increase in the latter (Delta t12-t0 MAP = 0.4) compared to the vacuum packaged product. Regarding sensory evaluation, the marbling and texture attributes were affected by commercial category, whereas the influence was insignificant by type of packaging and storage time.

摘要： Introduction The relevance of this research is determined by the fact that an important scientific task of the modern clinical classification of mental disorders is the productive combination of the most valuable for the practical use of categorial and dimensional (in terms of the weight and depth of each dimensia) of the characteristics in in a particular clinical picture of a disease. Objectives The goal of the research is to validate the new categorical-dimensional criteria necessary for the verification of schizotypal disorder. Methods The information base of the research included medical data on 150 patients with schizotypal disorder. Categorical characteristic used according to the systematics of schizotypal disorder (Kotsiubinskii A.P, 2018) published in the National Guide «Psychiatry», which includes the following syndromes: obsessive-phobic, dysmorphophobic, non-delusional hypochondria, heboid, histrionophoric, impulsive-dysfunctional, schizoaffective, dissociative-disintegrative, autistic, dismotivative, amotivative. Our systematics was used with following demensia: positive, affective, negative, cognitive, disordered behavior, dissociative and coenestesipatic. Guided by the principle of five-level representation of each dimensia (from «0» to «4») in accordance with DSM-V and the informative systematics of dimensia was developed with each of dimensia also has rate from «0» to «4». Results This diagnostic approach made it possible to correlate the categorial and dimensional characteristics, both to each other and to the criteria of the condition of the patients’ state with the prototype of schizotypal disorder (in the range of «1» to «5»). Conclusions This has made it possible to more accurately diagnose non-psychotic forms of mental illness, in particular: differentiate schizotypal disorder «sui generis» and schizotypal personality disorder. 摘要： Objectives The peak prevalence of temporomandibular disorders (TMDs) may occur in middle age. This study determined the proportion of matured adults seeking TMD treatment and compared their diagnostic, psychological and oral health-related quality-of-life (OHRQoL) profiles to younger patients. Methods Adult subjects were recruited from a tertiary TMD centre and assigned to three age groups, namely 18-44 years (young adults [YA]), 45-64 (middle-aged adults [MA]) and >= 65 (old adults [OA]). TMD diagnoses were established with the Diagnostic Criteria for TMDs and categorised as pain-related (PT), intra-articular (IT) and combined (CT) TMDs. Psychological states and OHRQoL were assessed with the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21) and Oral Health Impact Profile-TMDs (OHIP-TMDs). Demographic, DASS-21, and OHIP-TMDs data were analysed using chi-square test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson's correlation (P < .05). Results Middle-aged (19.7%;136/692) and old (4.0%;28/692) adults comprised about a quarter of the TMD patients. Although gender distribution was comparable, significant differences in TMD categories were observed (P < .001). Pain-related TMDs were more prevalent in the MA/OA groups while intra-articular TMDs were more frequent in the YA group. No significant difference in DASS-21 and total OHIP scores was noted among three groups. However, the MA and OA groups had significantly lower OHRQoL in the physical pain domain. Correlations between DASS-21 and OHIP-TMDs scores varied with age and ranged from r(s) = 0.47-0.92. Conclusions Matured patients constituted a quarter of TMD cohort and presented higher frequencies of painful TMDs. They have similar psychological profiles to younger patients but experienced lower OHRQoL in physical pain domain.

摘要： Recently, national populist politics has been translated with the emergence of two overlapping narratives of Islamophobia and anti-EU immigration media discourses. Such discourses have been made highly visible in the increased spike in hate crimes that have been a hidden cost of the national(ist) debate about Britain leaving the European Union (Brexit). This is the context in which we can trace a remarkable shift in the state representation of the schooling of the South Asian/Muslim community and the reclassification from promoting South Asians as central to the future of a modernised multicultural Britain (1970s) to positioning Muslims as a 'suspect community' (2020). This article unpacks two cultural moments in the critical exploration of the State production of the Muslim School within a post-Trojan Horse era. First, a national dominant image of the Muslim School operating within the State ascribed 'no-go' ethno-religious Muslim neighbourhoods, as a repository of regressive (extreme) Islamist religiosity;thus, reconstructing their religious belief as racialised identities, as they disconnect from British values. Second, the No Outsiders programme, with the accompanying framing of intolerant (Muslim) parents. In this case, the ensuing tension between 'homophobic Muslims' and 'British values' sets in place a homogenisation of differences. Deploying a simultaneity of categories of difference perspective, we address an underlying discursive re-politicising of South Asian ethnic communities as religious communities, which is resulting in a perpetual negotiation of the meanings attached to being Muslim. This will enable an international application of the article beyond the specific focus on the city of Birmingham, identified in the international media as the Jihadi capital of Europe.

摘要： Unit-weight sum scores (UWSSs) are routinely used as estimates of factor scores on the basis of solutions obtained with the nonlinear exploratory factor analysis (EFA) model for ordered-categorical responses. Theoretically, this practice results in a loss of information and accuracy, and is expected to lead to biased estimates. However, the practical relevance of these limitations is far from clear. In this article, we adopt an empirical view and propose indices and procedures (some of them new) for assessing the appropriateness of UWSSs in nonlinear EFA applications. A new automated approach for obtaining UWSSs that maximize fidelity and correlational accuracy is proposed. The appropriateness of UWSSs under different conditions and the behavior of the present proposal in comparison with other more common approaches are assessed with a simulation study. A tutorial for interested practitioners is presented using an illustrative example based on a well-known personality questionnaire. All the procedures proposed in the article have been implemented in a well-known noncommercial EFA program.
